Our new Deadbird jumps out of the glass with cassis, black plum, dried cherry, dried fig, cigar box and freshly shaved dark chocolate. The palate is complex with firm yet round tannins with a lingering finish that brings you back for more. Notes of sandalwood, red currant, Italian plum and dried fruit dominate this big bang for your buck Cabernet Sauvignon. Serve with ribeye, flank steak or just by itself.
